Parent-Led Clubs are informal groups of adults within the ASIJ community that meet to share, create, discuss or experience a common hobby or interest. They are open to current and alumni parents. Newcomers are welcome to join at any time. There are currently over 20 clubs! They are a great way to meet other parents and explore Tokyo. To see what is on offer, check the Parent-Led Clubs list on the left here.

If you sign-up for a club and need to cancel, please be sure to let your club organizer know via email. This way they can manage any waitlists (formal or informal) fairly.
If you have some hobbies or interests that you would like to share with the ASIJ community, you are encouraged to establish a new club. The PTA will provide support in promoting the club in the PTA’s Weekly Bulletin and in managing the sign-ups. Clubs can meet at the frequency that is most suitable to the club leader and participants.
Your new club could be an entirely new experience, or maybe an expansion of a current club. It can be offered in-person, virtual, or as a combination.
If you have a club idea or questions about an existing club, contact Parent-Led Clubs Chair, Jennifer Min at parentledclubs@pta.asij.ac.jp
