Pakistani food is a giant melting pot. From the meat centric, minimalist flavor of the North, to the bold, fiery spices of the South, every corner has its own signature soul. This club is about honoring those deep regional roots but with my own take. Think Chapli kebabs but with fries or fluffy brioche-naan bread with tandoori chicken.
This club is led by Aneeta, an ASIJ parent, in her home kitchen. Together with a small group of ASIJ parents, we’ll prep one signature dish from scratch and share it with everyone.
The fee will vary to cover the cost of the ingredients based on the menu for each session.
