Come learn Japanese and enjoy communicating with local people in your daily life!
This club is for new arrivals and absolute beginners in Japanese who want to learn daily conversation skills. Also enjoy hands-on experience of Japanese culture, including calligraphy and origami (paper folding), etc. The session will include a short tea break with Japanese sweets. This club is led by Kimiyo, an ASIJ parent and nationally licensed Japanese language teacher. She has extensive experience teaching at a Japanese school for expatriates and their families.
Fees:
The fee per class is 1,500 Yen which includes learning material and a small snack during the tea break. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the class) and no-shows will still be charged. However, the learning materials will be sent by email.
When and where:
The club will meet once a month, 9:30-11:00 on Thursdays, at Azabu Gardens West Lounge.
