Expense Reimbursement Form
Once you have submitted your overall budget to the Winterfest Treasurer, you can start purchasing ingredients or equipments necessary to run your booth. Please remember that shopping with your Amazon Business account is the easiest, followed by reimbursements. Familiarize yourself with the PTA expense approval procedure before submitting. Please also remember that your receipts must be in PDF format in color. As long as your PDF copy is clear and legible, you do NOT need to submit a hard copy of the receipt. Adobe Scan is a free app that turns anything into PDF instantly.
Sign-Up Genius Forms
Check the progress of the sign-ups for your booth. For the final list of all who signed up, contact PTA Communication.
Volunteer Form
Once you know how many volunteers you need to recruit for which time slot, use this sheet to let PTA Communications know what information the SignUp Genius should contain.
Facilities Request
If you need to use the ASIJ facilities including tables, chairs, and electrical outlets, fill out this form. Please be as specific as possible so we can best match the available resources with your need.

Parking Request
Your booth is entitled to 1 parking spot per booth. You will need to park before 8am and cannot leave until 5pm, i.e. your car will be locked in during that time. We have a limited number of spots, so please don't request one if you don't need it. Please contact wf.parking@pta.asij.ac.jp for questions or more information.
